Evan Rudman
Drummer
Evan is excited to be a part of this unique experience and to spread the positive word of music and unity. He started learning to play the drums during Covid thanks to his dad. His father always played guitar, and he wanted Evan to jam with him. After picking up the drums, Evan began to play a couple songs every night. From there, his love for music only grew. He expanded his musical range and discovered new bands. Since then, he's been a part of multiple bands all over the state of Florida. Most notably, he got to experience a rock camp where he played with Joe Perry, Tico Torres and Vernon Reid. He is currently a member of three different bands; House of Rock and 2 others in South Florida. He is currently enrolled at Florida Atlantic University as a full-time student & can’t wait for you guys to come listen to us and experience the music together.

Chloe Davis
Vocalist
As a competitive dancer for over 15 years, Chloe has always had an immense passion for the arts and a deep appreciation for the roles they play in a community. She is very excited to have the opportunity to once again showcase her talents on stage, and is very thankful to the “House of Rock” for giving her a role in their inspiring vision.
Chloe recently graduated from Florida State University, earning a Master of Science Degree in Applied American Politics and Policy (MAAPP) in May 2024. Upon graduating with her Masters, Chloe has returned to State Representative Yarkosky’s office to serve as his Legislative Aide.

Mike White
Vocalist
Born a military brat in Fort Benning, Georgia, and raised in Germany, Michael White’s upbringing was steeped in discipline and creativity. Growing up with a drill sergeant father instilled in him a strong work ethic and an appreciation for the arts, making a career in marketing and music a natural fit. A proud graduate of the University of Central Florida, Michael furthered his education with an MBA from Webster University. His professional journey includes a successful background in advertising sales and being part of the opening team for Universal’s Islands of Adventure, where he honed his skills in brand promotion and audience engagement. Beyond his marketing prowess, Michael is a talented musician and songwriter, honored to perform with House of Rock. He has penned over 85 original songs, using his music as a platform to share his personal story and inspire others on their journey to recovery from addiction. Michael finds joy in connecting with listeners and encouraging those facing similar struggles. Living in Clermont, Florida, with his wife and beloved fur baby, Michael embraces the vibrant local music scene while dedicating himself to uplifting others through his art.
Kyle Porter
Bass Guitarist
Kyle grew up in a musical household, fostering his passion for music from an early age. Now a full-time guitar technician, he brings his expertise to life on stage, playing in several bands and repairing string instruments. With a deep understanding of both instrument craftsmanship and performance, Kyle is dedicated to creating unforgettable musical experiences. Kyle was introduced to the House of Rock this year through a mutual friend and it’s been nothing but up from there. Since meeting his new bandmates, their collaboration has been not only inspiring but really fun and Kyle looks forward to making great music together as they continue to rise!

Florida State Representative
Taylor Yarkosky
Guitarist & Founding Member
After graduating from the University of Iowa, Taylor moved to Florida in 1999. He has lived, built multiple businesses, and raised his family in Lake County since 2004. An entrepreneur who started his first business with a loan, Taylor has employed hundreds of people across central Florida, including over 70 now. His firms have completed tens of thousands of complex projects. Taylor is an NRA member, licensed firearms instructor, a certified range safety officer & maintains active armed security license. He also supports philanthropic efforts across the state and is always looking for opportunities to give back to the community that he loves so much. Representative Yarkosky began playing guitar as a young child and has always dreamed of taking the main stage. When he began his first term in the Florida House of Representatives, it became clear that that although people had their differences, music seemed to bring everyone together - and the rest is history.

Chip LaMarca
Drummer & Founding Member
Chip is proud to tell his American story of hard work and success. After attending Boston University, Broward College and Florida Atlantic University, Chip came home to follow in the footsteps of his late father by helping to bring jobs to Broward County in the construction industry. After establishing himself as a knowledgeable, trusted manager with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Chip opened LaMarca Construction in 2006, a firm that specializes in power generation. Chip and his wife of twenty-three years Eileen reside in Lighthouse Point with District 100’s doggie mascot, Rocco. Chip discovered his affinity for music at a young age and is excited to make an impact on the community through his art.
David Axelman
Lead Guitarist & Vocalist
David began playing guitar at 15 and was a full-time musician before pursuing a legal career. After some time in private practice in Miami, he relocated to Tallahassee in late 2020 and joined the Department of Business and Professional Regulation as general counsel. David spent the past two years as general counsel to the Florida House, where late-night jam sessions led to the formation of House of Rock.
